What is Jr. Leaders?

Jr. Leaders is a county wide organization whose purpose is to:
1.  Improve the quality of 4-H leadership & provide training for Jr. Leaders
2.  Plan and conduct county 4-H events
3.  Assist adult leaders in conducting county and local club programs
4.  Encourage older youth to continue in 4-H & become better acquainted with each other.
5.  Increase participation in the 4-H program on county level
6.  Provide an opportunity for members to learn and practice the principles of democracy, citizenship, and leadership
